Our Group of Companies started working in 2003. Due to a skilful management, high professionalism of employees, and priority of Customers’ needs, we have risen through the ranks from a start-up to a successful and fast developing Group of Companies. Nowadays the core business of our Companies involves building construction, industrial engineering, construction of social facilities, leisure centres and trade centres.

Our Companies are staffed with high skill technical engineer personnel (all employees have higher education). Besides, we have opportunities to invite experts from different countries, whose who pass through qualification tests. The highly skilled employees working in our Companies, the production capacities and the experience gained in the sphere of construction enable us to guarantee all kinds of work to be done of the highest quality and within the time limits specified by the Customer.

Success of the contemporary construction primarily depends on the quality of the materials used and the compliance with the construction technology. Our Companies use only up-to-date materials and equipment, which have been accredited for the Russian market. We apply an effective quality management system, which includes incoming inspection of the supplied materials and the functional inspection on the part of the technical staff.

We offer a full range of services at all stages of an investment project - starting with the development of construction documents up to the construction of the project with installation of all necessary utilities.

The primary target of our Companies is to quickly provide our Customers with the whole range of high quality services related to construction of residential areas, administrative and industrial premises being the best in terms of price and quality.

To comply with construction time limits, to ensure dynamic response to all requirements of and to resolve all tasks set by the Customers, we have created own production facilities with the area more than 2 ha with industrial buildings and warehouses more than 2000 m2 in area, equipped with various construction machinery and builder's small powered plants, as well as attracted a team of experts able to carry out any civil works.
